Training Department Tools

Monitoring and reporting to help a training department keep to a tight rollout schedule.

A major UK retailer was in the process of rolling out new systems to all of its 1500+ stores. Their training department needed to stick to a very tight training schedule to bring store staff up to speed with them.

The store staff attended sessions at a central training centre, and then spent a time practising what they had learned on their own in-store systems before going live.

We developed tools and monitors that analysed which areas of the new systems staff were having problems with. Reports were compiled and mailed back to the training department so that they could follow up with staff that needed attention.
